The ultimate goal of The Elizabeth House is to provide a place where you can relax and unwind. We would love to share our beautiful home with you. Before booking a reservation please review the policies below.

ACCESSIBILITY: At this time we are not wheelchair accessible.

BREAKFAST: Breakfast is included with your stay. We will make every effort to honor dietary restrictions. Please advise us of restrictions when you make your reservations.  If you wish to bring additional guests to breakfast you must notify us in advance.  There will be a $10.00 charge for each visitor who is not registered at The Elizabeth House Bed and Breakfast.

CANCELLATIONS: We require a 14-day advance notice for cancellations, and there will be a non-refundable fee of 10 percent of your total stay. Cancellations with less than a 14-day advanced notice are non-refundable, and guests will be charged 100% of their stay. 

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.  Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. or if you need to schedule a different arrival time due to travel arrangements. 

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 11 a.m. We reserve the right to charge your card for a half day if you cannot check out until after 11 a.m. If you are not able to check out until after 2 p.m. you will be charged for a full day.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to the arrival date. 

HOUSEKEEPING:  If you are staying more than one evening and wish to have your bed made or need fresh towels or other supplies please inform us, otherwise we will not service your room.

ITEMS IN THE ROOMS/HOUSE: Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are furnished for each guest.  If anything is missing when you arrive please inform us immediately.  If anything is missing upon your departure we will assume you like it and are willing to pay for it.  We will give you a courtesy call before charging you.  We request for makeup removal, that guests utilize the colored washcloths supplied,  rather than the white washcloths.

KEYS: Room keys that are not returned will result in a $15.00 charge.

NO CHILDREN:  No children under the age of 12. 

NO PETS: The Elizabeth House Bed and Breakfast will remain pet free for the care of our guests who may have allergies.

NO SMOKING: Our bed and breakfast is 100% smoke-free.  Violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 professional restoration fee charged to your credit card.

PARKING: We offer plenty of room for your parking in our spacious driveway and

yard.

RATES: Rates are subject to state and local taxes. All rates are subject to change without notice.

REGISTERED GUESTS: – To assure privacy and a relaxing atmosphere for our guests, The Elizabeth House is closed to people who do not have a reservation. The Elizabeth House Bed and Breakfast and its property are for the use of registered guests only.  Non-registered guests may join guests for breakfast with advance notice.

RESERVATIONS: To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50 percent is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days before check-in. The entire balance is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 14 days of check-in. 

ROOM OCCUPANCY: Each room is designed for occupancy by two people. You may request a rollaway bed for The Rice Room and The Sweetgrass room for 1 additional person at an additional cost of $50.00 per night.

WIRELESS INTERNET AND TECHNOLOGY: Wireless internet access is complimentary throughout The Elizabeth House Bed and Breakfast.  Please refrain from large downloads and streaming as a courtesy to your fellow guests and the business functions of the Inn.  We are not responsible for service outages, provider maintenance, weather conditions, or incompatibility with your electronic devices.  Also, be considerate of other guests (and the owners) when you use your cell phones or other devices.

Please remember The Elizabeth House is a family home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
